Ben, I bought a 2001 today. I bought it used and was told by the owner that he couldn´t figure out how to open the seat and get to all that storage you mentioned. I have been trying all day to find a key hole or handle to get the seat open, no luck. Please tell me what the secret latch is! I was told the manuel for my bike is under the seat. thanks, Steve.
