Did your 2023 Harley salesperson mention that pairing to your wireless headset (i.e. Sena) would require a WHIM - Wireless Headset Interface Module ($399) which seems to only give you ability to control volume via the motorcycle´s control? You also need to have a technician flash the infotainment $$$ in order to pair both rider and passenger headsets. Also, it won´t allow mesh comm with other bikes. Instead of pairing the Sena to the infotainment, you can just pair with your phone as usual.
