if by "fully tuned" you mean a 70cc kit then yes it probably will go that fast. If you mean in the 50cc form, fully de restricted, the highest speed I have heard of is around 45mph. my 06 only gets up to around 43 mph but then again I am 6´4" 240lbs. I have all my mods listed on here under the heading "new rollers"...if I am missing something please post
