hello i have a cpi gtr 50. they´re expensive but worth it. i think the rating thing was bit harsh. they handle better than a normal scooter, and overall very good machines. personally i feel safer on these. bigger wheels and a long wheel base. fairly heavy (posibly twice as heavy as an avergae scooter) but means its less affected my wind de-resricted with everthing stock they willl do bout 78mph. standard iv´e done 45 downhill, 43 staright road.
