Hi

My son has a Rieju Marathan 125 Pro, which we bought last October. My son was knocked off his bike by a car driving into his path a month ago, and the driver is claiming his lights weren´t on, but my son claims they come on automatically with the ignition. Can you help please? The police have the bike so we can´t check.
