Yes mine is still restriced, it goes to 55kph, but sometimes it will only let me go 30, i noticed if i give it full throttle then it won´t go past 30, but if i give it have throttle untill i get past 30 kph then i can give it the rest of the throttle and get to 55kph. i may have confused u, but hope that helps
