| I thought I was smart...I even told my son I was, but I´m at the end of the tether so to speak- rebuilding laddo´s peugeot jetforce c-tech ( liquid-cooled 2006 50cc). He got it off ebay as a project...and I´m paying the price now- never should have told him ive rebuilt bikes before. Anyhow..theres no specific haynes manual for this model and Im looking at sourcing a replacement for the missing MAIN WIRING LOOM. Being missing, I dont know what it looks like - being missing I cant be sure even if the moped has any needed relays or cdi !!! I do know the moped has a dellorto oil pump with some kind of dellorto ´controller´ (is it a pump controller?- part numbers on it suggest its an ´Ecu´ oil pump thing). I do know the loom should have connections to the carb ( a heater system?),fuel pump also to a temp sensor on the cylinder head - as well as the usual expected connections to coil/ht lead, battery and fuse,starter, stator, rear end lights electrics loom, front end electrics/lights horn/ignition etc. Long and short i cant source a loom for the ctech - and i cant find an alternative loom- not even one that i can easily alter anyway, as i cant find a readable wiring diagram. Would anyone be able to assist -please???the wife´s driving me spare about this ´unfinished project´!! I need: the loom - and any associated bits that would be attached - it seems the loom has just been ripped out leaving the front end looms and some wires at the back end (lights) A manual of some description that is actually clear enough to work from would be useful. Or simply a wiring diagram- and I´ll set about forming a new loom (ouch!) or modifying a ´wrong one´. In fact any suggestion as to where to go, what to ask for, how to proceed would be very appreciated. As i said - its a project moped- peugeot maindealers, at the prices they would charge...is just not an option. going for more paracetamol now! desperately hoping for aid!! Thanks |
