Ratteling

I have "trimmed" my Derbi to go just about 75 km/h instead of the regular 45 km/h, but each time it closes inn on 70 km/h I always hear a ratteling sound comming from the engine, sounding like a smal piece of metal is jumping around inside of it. Is that a "bad" sound, or what does it mean???
