Derbi gpr 50 wont start when warmed up??

My derbi gpr will start first time when cold. After it has been turned off then turned back on it simply wont start. You can hear the starter motor and it will bump start easily. Any common problems or suggestions? (its a 58 plate with 5000 miles if that helps)
