natt did you re jet the carb just fitting big bore and not re jettting could invite trouble it may have partially seized on you.removethe barrel and check for scuff marks on the piston and bore. any alloy on the bore will need removing piston may need attention keep jetting up while it begins to misfire at top revs and then go back one size and you wlll be fine x rodstretcherxxx makesure you have correct plug fitted too
