think again,, with some modification,, this bike can really go above the 120,, and with the same cylinder. change the carbu to a 28,, use a flexible mounting,, modifify the reed valve, with carbon valves,, mount a 0.5 join of alluminuim,, between the cylinder and the engine,, get rid of the thick gasket at the top, and resurface the cylinder head.. and bye bye the apprilias, and other 50cc on the streets,
