yes it can, on the speedo there is a little button. basically you press it a few times. just poke it, hold it etc. you will figure it out pretty quick, can also set the clock like that. not sure if its in the manual. i just figured it out myself by poking it. you hold it down untill a a certain part of the display starts flashing (say you are in clock mode, the clock flashes) then you press it to adjust. i think for MPH changes you have to be in ODO mode.
