I HAVE A LEAD ON A BSA THUNDERBOLT. THE OWNER SAID IT RAN 2 YEARS AGO. BIKE IS INTACT, BUT NO BATTERY AND CARBURATOR IS STUCK. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
