Hi I have a bsa the same as the 1972 lighting on your web site but it is a 1972 a65s and the eng is a65.d there is discussion about this bike i have been told it is a spitfire 1972 with special race engine from the factory as would indicate to be true .it has never been tampered with as the owner died 25 years ago and it has sat ever since,it has bread bin tank spitfire seat flat race bars twin concentric carbs otherwise the same as the lightining, some say they never sold spitfire in 72 but i am led to believe this oil in the frame model was produced for race competition and sold in 71 72 season can you help me regards rupecb
