Chad, may I suggest fitting the wheels and front forks from a 2003 Blade, also the front fender. The top triple should also fit with some fettling. This should improve the handling heaps. Whilst you are at it you may as well fit the frame, engine, bodywork, swingarm, tank, brakes, handlebars, footpegs, exhaust, wiring loom, lights, end can, battery, nuts, bolts, speedo, rev-counter and control cables. If this seems like too much work, just go and buy a 2003 Blade as it may work out cheaper and save alot of time in the garage. On the other hand, you may be the kind of guy who likes to get spannering! Remember, if you find someone who wants to sell you the parts for this project, he may take all the 98 Blade bits in P/X for the 2003 stuff which could save much money. The choice as they say, is yours! Good luck. Let us know how you get on.
