I took my 98 90rr rectifier off replaced the wire from the connection on stator to rectifier and went with 10 gauge wire the three yellows to rectifier. Then the ground from rectifier to the main box I it a ten gauge on power and ground on the power I installed a 30 amp inline fumes and connected it to battery as well as the ground I also used a 03 blackbid rectifire seemed larger and more cooling fines I was going to use the real expensive aftermarket that Rican seem to recall at this time but I haven burrnd a unit in year and 7 months and at idle she´s 14.6 volt before at idle wit lites on was 13.7 I gained a whole volt upgrading system I went to bike shops where I have been going for years head much heard what I did and he now uses that o. His bikes and has a service job to upgrade charging system for a flat rate
