Slow jet mixture screw setting

Hi folks
I´ve got an 1994 cb750f2. I seem to have problems when pulling away when engine is cold.changed spark plugs cleaned carburettors checked jets for blockages etc. I seem to come to the conclusion that it´s the slow jet mixture screws. What´s the setting 4 this. Is it 1 and quarter turn s from fully in. Thanks for any help on this. Rob.
