I inherited my dad´s 1972 FLH but found our in looking at the paperwork that is a 1972 with 1973 wiring, this is per HD. My dad had some cloth work done after hearing some noise after shifting to gear 2 well the noise moved to gear 3 and no one in HD or repair shops can tell me what the noise is, it´s speed sensitive, or why it is happening. Everyone tells me the same story we don´t have anyone old enough to remember these let alone work on them. Need some help if possible.
