Wont start please help

Wont start one morning now it cranks but no spark.it wont start for a week now We´ve changed the ecu, starter relay, ignition coil,new spark plug, checked all the leads but still wont spark the engine is trying. A friend said might be a wire in the loom my grandad thinks the same is it worth going back to check? Or might it be something else? Please help
