Hi there I have a CBR600F 1998 model I am trying to get going after sitting for five years. I have had a mate helping me who knows a fair bit about motorcycles as he has a lot of them, but they are all Kawasaki´s. It runs with the fuel pipe connected directly to the carbies. But if we hook up the fuel pump it only runs a little while then stops we have cleaned carbies like new put a new fuel pump in it and primed it by turning key on and trying to start and doing this about a dozen times until fuel spurts out pump then reconnecting. It only goes a short while and stops again. Desperately needing help. Phil
