there is a common trouble with the 2nd gear - it can twitch.
Repair is simple: take of LEFT cover, take off the engine-gearbox chain with a clutch basket, under that one you´ll find a 2-3mm plate, that holds bearing. If that plate deforms, your 2nd rear twitches. Level this plate (or replace) - and all´ll be fine.
