I had the same problem - it´s not under the seat where they usually are. On the right side you have to remove the fairing (pull the bottom out and away from the bike and the top then slides down) Then you will see a Phillip head screw on the right side of the area covered by the fairing. Take off that screw and the assembly comes off revealing the positive side of the battery. This thing took some juice to start, so hook up some cables and give it a hotshot and keep it running for awhile. Maybe you will get lucky like me and the battery will hold a charge. I don´t know how to remove it past this point but you should be able to figure it out pretty easy. I think you will have to remove the exhaust. Good luck. Clayton |
