hey, i am interested in getting the Gilera VX runner 125 cc and i have a few questions??

1. How fast can it go?
2. Can i de restrist it if so how fast could i de ristrict it to and how much it wil be?
3. Like a 50 cc ped do you not have to change gears ?
4. looking for a second hand 1, red and black does anyone know where i can find one? and how much it will ruffly be
5. can i have some one on the back?
