hey, i´ve had a coguar for about 6 months now, there aren´t any restrictors on the bike as standard, i´d suggest taking little bits off and cleaning them, also check your speedo, i found that at one point i was going 75mph and it said i was only going 45!! yeah, basic maintenance or the speedo cable.
