Hi I don´t have one of these bikes I´m just on here for a mate, You have probably sorted it by now, but my guess is you have put a single filament bulb in a double filament bulb socket or the other way round, take all bulbs out one at a time and check they have contacts that much inside the hole, or if thats confusing take brake bulb out and test brake, light wont come on obviously but also clocks should NOT flash now is this correct???
