this bike is great, it is my first and ive only just had it deristricted.it doesnt cut out in the rain unlike my mates mopeds, only if the spark plug/ the HT lead get wet it cuts out and on the gilera it is covered pretty while so that is very unlikely to happen.ive had mine since december 2001 and it is brill. ive had no probs with it except the brake switch goes every now and then.a full tank of petrol costs me approx. 5 quid and it holds 2.69 gallons.about 10 litres.its pretty good on petrol as a full tank lasts me approx.4 days and i did do 24 miles a day back an forth to school a couple of miles after school, pleasure riding. so its does about 96 miles per tank.i aint very slow up hills but if i can cope with it then u can because im a girl!!!!write back if you want anymore info!bye.
