Derestric e colt?

Just recently bought a WK E COLT - amazing little electric moped- I’ve got my test ( I’m 65) but the narrow road I ride is full of lorries and the e bike is topped at 29 mph for the 4 miles I use it for. Any chance of derestricting it - I know the warranty won’t apply but it would be safer for my journeys to have that bit extra speed. Thanks
