1998 Heritage Springer Pulls to the Right

I have a great 98 Heritage softail springer. I am ~300lb and with full bags i was bottoming out the original rear shocks riding 1-up. I replaced them with some heavy duty progressive shocks without lowering the rear end. Since then the bike pulls to the right. I checked the rear alignment (swingarm bolt to center of axle) and adjusted it about 3/32. It still seems to pull to the right, with no saddle bags. How do i fix this?
