Check Oil Light

Check Oil Light

I have a 2020 and had my 6000 mile service. I am at 7000 miles and today my check engine oil light came on. I have not checked the level but wonder why it would be low. I am assuming it requires me to add some and not do another full change out of oil, filter, etc. - Thoughts?
