The Dnepr is the coolest thing on three wheels! The dual rear brake is efficient, and the absolute eye-catching ability is excellent. Though it is not a polished gem, it is a diamond in the rough. If you enjoy a challenge, you must own a Dnepr. Not for the weak of spirit, this is truly an historical bike. The electronics are basic, utilitarian, and a mineral content only metalurgy expert can figure out. But parts and knowledge are available, at an accessible price. It will definitely turn heads! On a rating of 1 to 10, it takes a stunning 11!
