Please help struggling to start

I´ve had the sym nht 125cc for about 4 months changed the oil twice changed the battery and spark plug thinking that was the problem but they´re new checked the air filter it´s not this. I think the carburettor isn´t getting enough fuel on ignition anyone know what to do? My engine management right is on and yellow, please help
