Im a college student who lives 10 minutes off campus. Is this a good reliable bike especially for a noob. Also Im in New York...am I correct that I dont need a motorcylce liscense or insurance? If insurance isnt required should I still get it though and how much does that cost. What type of gas would I have to fill up on?
