could easily be the key isnt turned fully as happened with my zip,
the damn key was about two millimetres from full rotation because of too many keys on the fob,
have to be careful of bags etc on kick panel or hanging on front hook.
the single plug by default gets badly black even when your engine is in perfect timing,
