your bike drinks almost twice than what it should. Mine does 25 Km per liter including hills. Have you cleaned your air filter sometime? a dirty filter incrases fuel consumption in every motor vehicle, bikes too. Also I do not know how old your bike is. Two stroke engines tend to block the exhaust silencer, which should be cleaned (hard job) or replaced. consult service or qualified mechanic
