my piaggio nrg is running very slow up hills but when its on a straight it is sometimes ok, when i rev it fully it feels as tho it is going to stop and break down. there´s another problem it only revs to 7000 rpm max, i dont no if this is normal as i have never had a scooter before. someone said my carburettor needs cleaned but i dont want to clean it untill i get a few more suggestions. can anyone help me with this propblem if so it would be much appreciated
