Hi i got a brand new piaggio nrg mc3 as a present and my bike goes 40 mph thats with the washer taken out but the salesman were i got the scooter says i can re-strict if further by changing my exhaust to a sports exhaust how fast will mine go then ? can i re-strict my bike further ? and will the sports exhaust make my bike embrassingly loud ? thankyou josh
