what techniQes bajaj used to make 220cc pulsar ....and maintain this fuel averge in 2011 models .....because the averge is maximum to campare 220cc pulsar of 2009 models ...because i hear the 2011 model is not in 220 cc it is in 200cc ...Or diffrences in its top speed ...
