thanks for the response. I went to my dearler an he did not have the FSXB inner primarcy case PN # 60504-84. He said he did a dealer serch an came up with nothing. But, I happen to come up with a phone number by chance, an called Wesellcycles.com (1-814-317-7035) ask for Vince an he gets wrecked bikes an has a network, an did a serch himself an came up with the inner primary case he told me from a Harley Dealer that was on the shelf. So, beginning to wonder how good Buffalo Harley Davidson looked like he did. Maybe they where pushing me into buying a new bike. ( just a thought, but, funny he found it.) Your comments on this be interesting I tried Vparts.com for after market an they did not have it. Called JP Cycles.com an talked to their Harley Techie an he said he has one in black. But, this could be for a Sturgis with belt drive because they had black cases, but, I could be wrong ??? I was told it had to be for a FXE or FXSB. Softtail would not be a option. Being a shovel head bottom end, why is it so difficult to find a inner primary case ( 60504-84) for my 1985 FXSB? Has it something to do with a bolting partern to the Evo Case? I had a suggestion of welding the case with maybe two into one. I never thought about keeping the broken part at the time to be honest for never thought about welding. And the case looks like it is crack by a bolt hole or two from what I can remember. But, with that said, If you had to make two into one, any suggestions how to go about it for my 1985 FXSB? Could I take a Shovel inner primary an do any machine work to make it work with what I have.
