Oil Drain and fill locations???

Oil Drain and fill locations???

This mey sound silly but...I went to do my first oil change on my new (used) Harley (1993 dyna), butI don´t see an obvious place to drain or fill the oil tank. I will pick up a manual but meanwhile if someone can tell me I can get to it that much quicker.
