local bike for sell 81 FXS lowrider , rough but runs good, leak at trans, seller said this is typical of this bike and tank leaks when filled above 1/2 tank, asking 3,000 but trans leak is hemorage, i am lost when it comes to these issues, need advise and is this a fair price?
