I am trying to decide about the Discover´s ability to navigate in congested traffic at very slow speed. How far can one twist or turn the handlebars/front wheel, to the left and to the right, in order to pass between the bumpers of stalled vehicles next to me? 45 degrees? More than 45 degrees? Please advise ASAP as I am about to make a buying decision. Thanks.
