Hello: I have a Charly scooter that recently stopped taking a charge. The batteries are new and the fuses are not blown. The indicator lights that indicate the battery is charging no longer come on when it is plugged in and the batteries won´t charge. Everything else on the scooter works. Any thoughts on the problem? Anyone know where I can get replacement parts? I suspect the charger/motor controller is bad. Thanks!
