SHORTER SHOCK ? Im trying to lower the ride height, the bike is a learner bike for my wife & sons...its hard to beleive but the bike could be 2inches shorter (to maximize comfort and confidence).

the shock measures 11 inches (eye center to eye center) in its lowest setting...does anyone have any ideas of where i can find a shorter shock ? (ive checked w/ progressive and the shortest shock they sell is 11 inches).

is there a method that i could use to shorten the shock and/or spring ?
