748R or 998 - which to buy?

Hi, looking at purchasing either a 2001 748R with 5500km on the clock or a 2005 998 with 18000km on the clock. What´s the better investment? I´m taking them both out this weekend so that will tell me which one I prefer ride wise. I´m 5´4\
