Having had the 99 Victory, the 2004 Kingpin had all the improvements with the much quiter tranny. The only change I made to Kingpin was having a Hammer front end installed, giving me a dual front brake system. I persoanlly liked the balance looked and tremendous stopping power. I´ve never installed the windshield or the wind deflectors. If anyone is interested, email me.
