Dear Andy, here is Aco again. I came from holiday 40 days ago, but I did not work on my bike a lot, I had very little free-time. Now, here is why I am writting to you: I do not know which motor-oil is best to use? When I was doing the general-repairing of the engine, one mechaniker told me that the best is fully syntetic oil, and that the mineral oil is very bad for engine. I bought "ESSO 2T" 100% syntetic, and I used up 1l of it (with 3% concentration in the fuel). But, in the midletime, one other byker told me a oposyte story - that for those older machines mineral oil is the best. Here is what has been written on the bike (on the fuel-tanker): 1 : 40 (symbol for gasoline) SPECIAL BA 90 (symbol for oil) SAE 30-40 OA M 2T CASTROL TWO STROKE CASTROL SUPER T CASTROL TTS Now, of all of these only "CASTROL TTS" I can find in here, in one specialised shop, and it is mineral-oil. Do you know, should I continue with using "ESSO 2T", or it is better to switch on that "CASTROL TTS"? My e-mail address is: mucnica@nspoint.net Regards, Aco |
