I like the bike, it´s at 6500 miles. I´m 6 feet and 200 pounds, but it´s so mid-sized, I don´t tower over it. The Puig windscreen seems to cut windblast a bit, but it´s only about 2 inches taller. Just put Shad hard bags and a Leo Vince muffler on it - sounds like a 650 Bonnie now. But this bike is spooky in crosswinds. It wants to tuck the front end into the wind, which is not good this close to the Windy City. Has anyone else had this problem, or found a fix? I picked up a cheapie steering stabilizer, but haven´t mounted it yet. I´m also thinking about a rear lowering link just to bring the steering neck back a hair... I suspect it´s some combo of all the bodywork, six foot galoot, and steep steering angle... |
