Picked up a 2013 Scrambler , only 2000 miles wasn’t running when purchased, runs well enough but the clutch seems to be spanked . That being said the clutch grabs fine not slipping it just has no travel like it’s on or off . I adjusted the cable like ur supposed to loosened both ends and then adjusted all but about an 1/8 at the throw out lever on the engine , which took all the adjustment out of that end all the way to no threads left and at the handle bar I adjusted the free play out to about 1/8” . The clutch has no feel like it’s got no thickness to the plates , the only thing I can figure is someone toasted it by slipping it ? Any thoughts before I tear it apart ?
