I need to drain fuel.....how?

I need to drain fuel.....how?

I bought this bike and got shipped over seas, My bike has been sittin around for almost 2 years. It has 1200 miles and still hasnt had its first oil change! How do I get all that old fuel out and is there anything else I should do?
