I purchased my 09 street bob in Sept. I love it. The look the way it handles the price. Great deal. Not crazy about the silver/gray motor but it gives my time to purchase ad=ons. My question is I have read in some forums That it is ok to put slip on mufflers and remove the baffle without having to remap, that the censors that are in the 09 and 08 will adjust the fuel mixture, and will not cause the motor to run to lean. any input on this would be great. I bought the screamen eagle slip ons took the baffles out and removed the fiberglass packing and put the baffles back in. sound great runs fine. have check the spark plugs not running to lean. just would like it louder and if This really is possiable then it would save money .
